    Avoid if can, not worth the experience.

    Stayed Sept 18th 2025 for 1 nite, room 205.Straight to the point!!Not worth the price, basic facility and near rundown.Room not clean, dust on floor, bed headboard, desk and worst hair in mini fridge with soft drink spill sticking the hair not able to come out by first wipe.The staff is not friendly especially on the restaurant ignoring customer while on the phone and instruct using lips for us to go in.Slow check-in and check-out. Pls take note if you ask for extension like I did, make sure you are very prompt at the front counter even you vacate your room earlier. They want to charge me full day as i was made to check-out by 9 minutes late. The delayed caused by 3 check-in customer, and I was at the counter before 6pm(specifically 5:49PM). That was a cheap stunt, and for that, other potential issue can arise and you'll may have to just accept.Again, not worth it, change the staff mentality towards customer, we don't ask for grand reception, but put a note, we are supporting you, thus show us you also want to deliver.

    nice ambience with spacious rooms and enough parking bays. the staff were friendly. room clean with nice smelling pillows. right smack in front of the lake gardens. pricey but worth it. personal balcony for all rooms.     Hopeless and Creepy Hotel

    - Hotel telephone line is USELESS! No one ever answers the calls received and it will keep on ringing and ringing and ringing and ringing until you want to commit suicide.- Female front desk staff are all pale and not presentable at all- Housekeeping is totally hopeless and the same goes to the evening Front Desk team, as they are only there at the hotel for the sake of getting paid BUT none of them shows any passion as a HOTELIER !- The ambiance at the hotel from late evening onwards is totally CREEPY and feels dead ; i.e VERY LESS lights at the porch area, the lobby looks dull and floor corridors are gloomy .. Indeed this hotel is VERY SUITABLE for Horror Movies director There are other hotels in Taiping, so think about it .. OK ??

    Even though the location is nice and the room is quite spacious ( as we stayed in a Junior Suite ), it would be nice IF: - - ALL THE FEMALE front desk staff put on nice make-up, as when we check-in ..all of them look very pale / without even a lipstick. They must remember that all front liners are the image of the company, so PLEASE LOOK MORE PRESENTABLE.- The housekeeping team MUST SERIOUSLY check and double-check all the linens in the room to be in good condition before the guest checks in, as our room (301) was placed with a badly stained bedsheet and it took more than 01 hours for the team to replace it, as it was evening and we were told Housekeeping team is off duty ..BUT why the staff responsible to do it took so long to change it ?? - Making a call to the hotel using the Main hotel number is a NIGHTMARE! AS NOBODY ANSWERS ANY OF MY CALLS IN THE MORNING, AFTERNOON AND ALSO IN THE EVENING .. WHY ??? When I ask the Front Desk staff, they told me they are BUSY??? HELLOOO... IT IS GOOD TO HAVE A BUSY BUSINESS COMPARED TO DURING THE COVID LOCKDOWN period, so PLEASE BE GRATEFUL TO SLOWLY RECOVER BACK THE BUSINESS. In view of the issues that happened, we will not return to stay at the hotel again.Thank you !
