The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.     Overall my rating was: 7.3/10Room-6.8 (the garbage disposal smelled bad). Gym-7.2 (had 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, 1 elliptical and weights)Breakfast: 9.7 (great waffles and carnitas)

    I’m writing this review to share my frustration with the housekeeping and maintenance services during my stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Albuquerque (NM). Despite multiple attempts to address these issues directly with the staff, the lack of follow-through and attention to basic standards was incredibly disappointing.After receiving housekeeping, the following issues were still not addressed:No replenishment of essentials like shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, or kitchen paper towels (the bottles were literally empty!).No kitchen sponge provided at all.The beds weren’t made.The kitchen tables and floor were left very dirty.All they did was restock toilet paper and towels.When I first reported these problems, the front desk apologized and promised a full housekeeping service the next morning. However, nothing changed. I followed up again and received yet another apology, but the promised service still wasn’t delivered.In addition, the grill broke just two days after I checked in. I reported it immediately, but three weeks later, it was still broken. I reminded the staff multiple times, but nothing was ever done.Honestly, the lack of care and professionalism during my stay was extremely disappointing.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. If you’re considering staying here, be prepared for inconsistent service and a lack of accountability from the staff. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards to deliver the kind of service guests deserve.

    Nothing that great- but good-sized rooms

    Large, spacious suites which is nice for families with multiple kids and place is the same price as the Hilton Garden Inn nextdoor (which has no suites or free breakfast). The free continental breakfast was just ok, nothing to brag about. The place is seems relatively old and not as clean/polished as other Homewood Suites I have stayed in. There was no really lobby/hangout to speak of and no lobby bar which was disappointing as most Homewood Suites have that. Overall ok I guess but nothing to brag about.

    THREE STRIKES!

    I'll start with the positive... the room was clean. It seems that every single time we stay at this particular hotel, there is an issue. The first time, a dishwasher leaked all over and flooded the kitchen. The second time, the elevator was out. This last time, they couldn't spare a couple of bottles of water. They told us the water was for "Diamond Members" as the staff sat there drinking it. The front desk clerk had the audacity to yell down the hall at my wife as she walked away. We also asked about the elevator. We were informed that if it rains too hard, they shut it down. That means it's not actually safe to use, and there is a leak. Speaking of leaks, the ceiling and wall in our room were buldged out due to a water leak. Is there mold behind the paint? Possibly. Dry wall molds very easily unless it's treated. We will not be staying here again. Three strikes, and you're out!

    I normally don’t leave reviews, but I created an account for this place. We stayed at this location during the Ballon Festival the rate as $575 for an absolute dump of a hotel. I understand higher rates for big events, but I wouldn’t pay $50 for this place. As a Hilton h honors member, I was embarrassed to take my family here.
