  They have relatively cheap rooms with full amenities toilet bath ensuite at cheaper price.Parking wise is okay, but a bit hard to get in, get out and may run out of space. Especially if the neighbouring food stalls, the steamboat across and the famous siam Road char kueh teow next door has alot of guest. I went out at dinner but only able to get back and park after midnight. Easy access as the lift does goes to the car park at ground floor.Check in desk is at 1st floor.

  The room condition was very convenient and appropriate with money paid for the hotel. Chose a room with 1 queen bed and single bed. Not many hotel can provide a room with 3 people. Clean room and toilet!

  Road tripping in Malaysia

  Was particularly looking for a hotel with a good parking spot. Saw on some forums stating this hotel. The parking was indoors however there was no gantryway or security so still doesnt feel as secure. They have many cameras everywhere viewing the carpark but still not my first choice. The location was horrible as well as theres nothing good nearby. The rooms were adequate, no complaints. The staff there were exceptionally good though, very helpful.

  I stayed in this hotel for almost 2 weeks. Also I was very lucky that the manager mr Leow offered me a triple room with an outstanding view. Due to the extreme heat and work I had to do, I spent much of the day time in my room. This hotel only had one cleaner but she was very skilled and trustworthy, like all the staff members. This hotel felt like a home away from home and the staff members had a real hospitality spirit. There was a "Can do spirit" or at least the attitude to do the best possible. They are also very organised, accurate and there is always a double check for every task.The more I am now reluctant to list the things that kept me from giving 5 stars for the moment.1. The walls virtually have no insulation. This means that I could hear all conversation. Now imagine you have inconsiderate guests who slam doors and talk louder than usual in their culture. When warned by the staff they disregard everything. So how much sleep you can get depends on the type of neighbours on your floor. In this case I would suggest the management to take a stronger stand on guest's (mis)behaviour. This was the final straw that made me decide for another room3.The new receptionist didn't have a general service attitude. In my opinion this is innate, you either have it or not. I asked to leave my luggage for some time and he bluntly said "NO, this is a budget hotel." He also dared to speak up whilst he would be better off being less defendive, given the smallest amount of hospitality and psychology knowledge that he had.I understood that shortness of good hotel staff was a problem4. Last but not least there were minor issues like loud aircon and no communal fridge. Also the distance to the bus stop is relatively far due to the heat and traffic conditions. Still in walking distance to the city, I was reluctant because of the heat and traffic
