Location

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city of Cancun and is only 10 minutes from the beaches, surrounded by restaurants, bars, nightlife, gift stores and shopping centres. The hotel is close to the renowned Market 28 and the bus station, and just 25 minutes from the international airport.

Facility

The complex has 10 single rooms and 64 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     My friend and I stayed here from Feb. 17 to March 3, 2026. The room was big, with 2 very roomy beds, but no fridge or microwave. Instead, we had an ice bucket to keep our beer cold. We were very impressed by the huge breakfast buffet, which filled us up till evening. Also we loved the big swimming pool, which was never crowded. It was a pleasure to wake up in the morning, go downstairs and grab a copy of El Momento -- a daily newspaper that the hotel provides free -- and to sit leisurely reading it at a table while drinking cappuccino from their machine. I usually occupied the table for 2 or 3 hours, until 10:30 a.m., when the last stragglers were herded out.The staff were invariably friendly and helpful. Two staffers who stood out were Allan, who runs the tourist desk and speaks perfect English, and Javier, a waiter in the dining room, who always had a smile on his face and helped me to secure my favorite table in the corner, next to the phone charger. Both men were very amiable and professional.     Awesome night at Hotel Adhara Cancun

    I had such a lovely experience at this hotel that I was eager to leave a review. I wanted to enjoy one night in Cancun after a week traveling elsewhere and stay near the ADO bus terminal so I could easily catch the direct bus to the airport. The hotel provided all the amenities I was hoping for. The breakfast buffet including lots of fresh fruit, delicious hot Mexican food, eggs, hot cakes, pan dulce and last but not least a coffee machine that dispensed bold, flavorful espresso drinks at the press of a button. There is also 24 hr coffee service in the lobby that I did not try because I chose to brew coffee in my room. I requested a room that did not get too much sun and was acclimated with a room (with balcony) that faced the courtyard which was graced by a large pool and foliage. I don't mind the sound of liveliness from the pool and maybe it was on the quieter side since I was there midweek. The bed was and acceptable firmness. The pillows were memory foam but they didn't feel too hot. The great AC, the correct amount of blankets and the double black out curtains meant I got solid sleep. The room was super clean. I don't remember the furniture being fancy but it was certainly adequate for my needs. The icing on the cake of the whole stay was though checkout is 11 am, I was able to stay til 1 pm for no extra charge. Every single staff member was super kind and helpful. They even gave me the scoop on how to get to take the local bus to Playa Tortuga for only 12 pesos. Lastly, I enjoyed walking around the area in the evening and had no trouble finding great places for dinner including tacos and mezcalinos from a restaurant, and fresh tamales from a street vendor. I am already making plans to go back to this hotel with friends next year.     Lovely hotel conveniently located between the costal area and the town centre with easy access to trendy bars and restaurants on Avenida Nader. The room was very big and comfortable with lovely balcony facing the pool, TV and air-con. The room was cleaned every day and all towels replaced. Very nice pool area open till late in the evening with bar. Breakfast was abundant with a variety of options from sweet to savoury, local/traditional to international.
