Location

This hotel is located at the centre of North beach, the island's most famous beach. Crystal-clear turquoise waters and powdery white sand are just steps away. The island's centre, a vibrant fishing village with many shops and restaurants, is a short walk from the hotel (about 200 m). It is roughly 2 km to Garrafon and its tourist centre and about 10 km to Cancún.

Facility

18 single rooms and 55 double rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. In the air-conditioned hotel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. For guests who wish to keep active, beach volleyball, golf and fishing are available. With snorkelling or, for a fee, windsurfing, motorboat rides, catamaraning and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. The wellness area offers pure relaxation and includes a spa and a sauna. For a fee, massage treatments are available to guests.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. Guests can dine in a non-smoking restaurant with an area for smokers. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A continental breakfast and lunch offer culinary delights every day.

    Perfect location . Very attentive housekeeping . It’s not perfect , it’s not cheap , but it’s still good value for money and great location . Would go happily back yes .Please fix the internet signal though

    Check in took so long with so much paper work. Although I Had booked two rooms, each room required it's own registration forms.The thing that surprised me most was the hotel policy of asking for $150.00 us dollars for each room incase of breakages. There was no instruction about this during the booking process which as a result eat into our spending budget.$300.00 dollars A bit rich when the fridge in the room doesn't work, and the toilet cistern took 30 minutes to refill after a flush.Have stayed in hotels all over the world and have never paid this much as a security deposit. It's only a 3 star hotel.The linen on the bed was quite uncomfortable to be frank. Location is excellent to the beach.Personally I feel it does not represent value for money.

    Great location! Their location just steps away from Playa Norte was perfect. The property is well kept, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value for our stay on Isla Mujeres!

    We stayed in the castle section. The hotel has an incredibly convenient location to the beach and shops, it was always clean, and had the basic amenities we needed for our trip.

    Unfortunately for us there was road construction on the street which effected the constant noise and disturbance of trying to get a taxi, golf cart, etc. also the small dogs that live on the property are a constant noise too. The rooms were clean and my only complaint were the pillows which instead of being replaced were repaired by shoving all the filling into one end and sewing it shut so it felt like you were sleeping on a very hard couch cushion. If you can get past all this and the weather is on your side you are located on the absolute best beach no question!!!!
