    We left after one night (with no refund on a 7 night stay)! Mold in the vents and on the walls, stained towels, dirty floors and inopperable sliding doors and shutters (and that was in our 2nd room!). The kitchen cabinets didn't close properly, the refridgerator was dented, scratched and grimy and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. It was beyond disgusting!

    Club Regina in Cancun is a great place for a relaxing vacation. It is at the beginning of the Hotel Zone and right on the water. The staff at the pool bar/grill were great and we ate lunch there almost every day. The onsite restaurant had wonderful food and it was nice to be able to have nice evening meals without leaving the property. The property could use a little upgrade in the furniture. Our couch was very worn and not comfortable. But we really didnt spend alot of time in the room.

    This resort is in a quiet ocean front location and staff are very nice. However the one-bedroom suite we stayed is very outdated. There is only one poorly managed restaurant in the resort. This resort definitely needs to be renovated and better managed.

    My sister and I stayed at the Club Regina and we had a wonderful time! We loved playing bingo every day, riding bikes with Alphonso, karaoke, water aerobics with Alphonso, and our room was right on the water and amazing!!! The location is super great as it is on the south end of hotel row. You can catch the bus almost in front of the hotel - which is awesome! You should go on the bike rides as they are very safe and Alphonso takes you further south - away from the bustle of things and it is very relaxing! Oh and the bartenders are wonderful too!

    We stayed at the hotel only for a night, however, I liked the interior. The beach from the hotel is amazingly beautiful. In the morning, ordered coffee & pancake for kids, good quality. Overall, I was happy with the one night stay.
