    Very good small hotel, great location for me, clean facilities, good breakfast, polite and friendly staff, but the pool was closed for maintenance (apparently), can not happen that in Cancun!

    I have stayed here more than 100 nights in the last ten years. At one point this was my go to hotel in Downtown. I travel to Cancun for business and the location is excellent for me as I frequently have to travel as far south as Tulum and the hotel zone. To me a Hampton is predictable, comfortable, affordable and clean. For the positive things. The location for business is great. There is wonderful dining across the street that includes some of the most iconic/long-term brands in cancun such as La Parrilla and Casa Rolandi. The cons, when I arrive early they NEVER have ability to check-in. They never ask if I am a Hilton Honors member. When I tell them I am they find a room. Maintenance is needed nearly every area of the resort including gardens, hallways, rooms, etc. After so many frustrating stays I have made myself a promise to not return. I am sad as this location works so well for me.

    Basic and functional. Pool area pleasant but no restaurant and breakfast mediocre. Not many English speaking staff.Retail park location not fabulous.

    Hotel is close to airport as well as downtown area and you can park your car inside parking area and pay 20 Mexican pesos. Breakfast is cooked every morning including seasonal meals. Waffles are made by staff just have to ask. What made even more pleasant this stay was the hotel’s hard working people. people such as Alejandra at the front desk, Diego cleaning the lobby, Joel transporting, Marta, and kitchen staff as well as the chef make a huge difference. Overall a great and pleasant experience at Hampton inn Cumbres

    My stay at Hampton inn Cancun was pleasant, with comfortable rooms and good amenities. However, what truly made the experience special was the exceptional service from the front desk staff, JuanPablo and Julian. Their warm, professional, and attentive approach went above and beyond, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. They were quick to assist with any request and always had a smile. Highly recommend this hotel, largely thanks to their outstanding hospitality!
