  We didn't stay the night. Our a/c was non functional, room smelled of sewage and bed sheets were full of stains. Our other famiily members' room smelled like an astray. It was horrible. We checked right out. Went to another hotel and paid the same price. Thankfully, we got a refund, we appreciate the receptionist for that.

  I stayed here one night as I had a long layover in Cancun and wanted something close to the ADO bus station. The hotel rooms could really use a refresh, but there was nothing terrible about them. They were clean enough, however I did find toiletries left over by previous guests; made me wonder about the housekeeping. The pool was very welcoming and a blessing in the heat. And speaking of heat, the AC in my room was old and loud like a jet engine (light sleepers beware!).I really have to tip my hat to the front desk staff. I had some issues with the new digital arrival forms (do yourself a favour at Mexico customs and go the old fashion way; talking to the guy in the box. The new face scanning system is a monumental pain in the arse!), and the lady working the desk moved mountains to help me (with my limited Spanish and her non-existent English). I can say enough good things about her, as she went above and beyond to help me. I wish I got her name, so I can give her proper credit in this review.All in all, an okay hotel.

  Great atmosphere - great price - needs a bit of TLC

  We stayed here 2 years ago and it was fabulous - it appears that it has not been maintained since. Its seen better days. That said, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, it was clean and the location is great. Close to bus station and some really cheap restaurants. The air con worked well. TV had loads of cable channels. The water was never hot - just luke warm. WiFi is free in the reception and around the pool - not in the rooms. For the price I would stay here again.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel

  I booked this hotel with booking.com and the confirmed the would pick me up from the airport when I landed. I arrived at 2am so tired and there was nobody there to pick me up. When I called they said “they don’t do pick ups” even though they confirmed by email. They then proceeded to tell me they are full and have no room for me even though I had a room already booked weeks in advance. They did not even apologise and were so unhelpful. Do not stay here! So rude and unprofessional and unreliable. Never had a worse experience.
