  Our stay at Laguna Suites Golf + Spa was incredible from start to finish. The property is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. What really made the trip special, though, was the staff. Miguel, Justin, Antonio, Jesús Escamilla, Rubén, and Jair went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and always quick to help with a smile. You can tell this team genuinely cares about guests. We left feeling taken care of and can’t wait to come back. La propiedad es hermosa, las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, y todo el ambiente nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar al máximo. Pero lo que de verdad hizo especial el viaje fue el personal. Miguel, Justin, Antonio, Jesús Escamilla, Rubén y Jair hicieron todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos. Fueron amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Se nota que este equipo se preocupa de verdad por sus huéspedes. Nos fuimos sintiéndonos muy bien atendidos y no podemos esperar para regresar. ¡Muy recomendable!

  Had a great experience, staff were amazing! Everyone is very helpful, welcoming and friendly! Restaurant food is delicious, chef Ruben makes wonders every night! I also want to make a special shout out to Antonio at the bar for his amazing service and drinks as well as to Joaquin, Jesus and Miguel Espinosa at the restaurant for being super attentive and always taking very good care of us.

  Since the first day we arrived, Jesus Escamilla aka "Chuchito" has provided amazing service every time. We even took a photo with him because he made such a great impression on us.Ruben, the chef, has been cooking some of the best food we've ever had, and we loved every meal. Jair was the best bartender, we enjoyed unlimited drinks, and every night was a fantastic experience! Joaquin was also an excellent server who always made sure we were taken care of.Everyone on the staff has been incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They truly made our stay special. We give the entire team 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Desde el primer día que llegamos, Jesús Escamilla ("Chuchito") nos brindó un servicio increíble durante el tiempo. Incluso nos tomamos una foto con él porque nos causó una excelente impresión.Rubén, el chef, ha preparado algunas de las mejores comidas que hemos probado, y nos encantó cada platillo.   Super close to the main attractions. Very family friendly. Great to spend time with kids and other friends. The rooms are decent my only complaint was the temperature was way too cold. You have to request for the staff to control the temperature and for some reason the room was always freezing for my taste. Very clean, daily new bed sheets, towels. Overall the service was great. The food was excellent, special thank you to Jesus Escamila for his attentions and always giving his best to provide all our special requests (I have a picky eater) drinks and snacks were always available. To the chef Ruben - thank you for the great meals and the experience of the authentic Mexican cuisine. I will recommend this place for everyone.   Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The location felt safe and convenient, which made exploring the area stress-free. The restaurant was excellent, and the waitresses were friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout our stay.Mr. Sergio was one of the highlights of our stay. He was incredibly generous, friendly, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed every time we dined. His positive attitude and outstanding service left a lasting impression on us. Cris was great he was very respectful and helpful. Chefs Zacrricrs was amazing food. The pool was well-maintained and enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming, helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions we had.The only concern we had was regarding our package deal and the additional fees. We felt that the details were not fully explained upon arrival, which led to unexpected charges. Unfortunately, the final cost was higher than we anticipated based on our understanding of the package. Better communication and transparency about fees would help improve the guest experience.
