    This hotel is advertised as a 3 star, but the quality and amenities makes it a 2 star. The rooms are small (though clean) but lack basic amenities such as toiletries (except shampoo and soap in a container attached to the wall), no body lotion, not even Kleenex. The common areas are average and the breakfast is barely decent. Friendly staff somehow mitigates the experience. Rooms facing Tulum avenue can be noisy, especially during the day and evening.     DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IS TERRIBLE

    This has been so far the worst experience ever!I arrived at the hotel and they gave me a room that smelled very, very bad and the bed moved when the ones in the room next door moved. It was very annoying and the experience was terrible. They changed my room and gave me one that had dirty stained bedspreads and the air conditioning did not work. Then someone entered my room with a key and I never found out who it was, it wasn't one of the technicians. The experience was so bad that I had to leave the hotel 30mm after arriving. It was a nightmare. I will never recommend this hotel.Rooms smell terrible and you can hear everything in the room next door even when they move.

    We love this "perfect" hotel at the edge of Cancun Centro! Having lived in the state of Quintana Roo for 14 yrs, we had established dental care in Cancun. Living now in Merida, we travel to Cancun for continuing dental care and always stay at ONE! The rooms are 'spare,' and IMMACULATE which makes us feel SECURE as well as COMFORTED. The staff are welcoming, ENDEARING and genuinely HELPFUL! Excellent service, extremely PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! We shall return! Thank you, ONE!

    I moved to this property after the all included resort I was at failed miserably. I am glad that I did. This property is excellent. The room was great. The bed was comfortable and clean. The wifi was excellent. From check in to check out, I was very happy. It was reasonable in cost and located a short walk from Las Americas mall. Close to transport. Overall, a wonderful property.

    hotel was simple, small, clean and safe. Inexpensive location to spend the night. very limited amenities but the rooms were clean, a/c and hot water worked fine. Best if mobile as limited dining options close by. limited English.
