Guests have a choice of 42 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t strong in our room, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the resort grounds were immaculate and beautifully maintained

    4 nights in a row cockroaches in room. Sewage smell wafts near pool because septic system is next to the pool and the septic hatches are cracked. No internet in rooms at all. Internet in the lobby only with no privacy and it is very weak. No morning sun over pool due to building blocking same so the pool water is like ice. Could not change the one TV channel that became soft porn at 1:00 AM. Never again.

    We wanted to be oceanside and the views and price were great. Room was below standards. The shower had black mold/mildew(?), the only "bath mat" looked like it had been chewed up! I went to the store across the street and bought a rug, hand towels and bleach. I might give this place another try but with a kitchenette AND ensure it is clean first!

    I visited the bar in the hotel and my waiter was very rude and had no manners. Soon after my food and drinks arrived and I finished halve of my food and drinks, the waiter asked me to order more. He told me if I decide to stay on, the minimum order is $50 per head. I thought that was a ripoff. He was basically asking me to leave my table unless I order more foods and drinks. I finished my drinks and food in a hurry and decided to leave. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never go back there again and seriously recommend people to go to other establishments.

    For the price, we didn’t expect fancy but serviceable. And it was. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Mini fridge kept our drinks and fruit nice and cold. Water pressure and hot water were inconsistent but enough to clean yourself. No toiletries except for toilet paper and soap. The shower is slippery so we bought a bath mat from across the way at Mega. We were above the No Name Bar but there wasn’t excessive noise. Note about No Name Bar: great service, as well as the drinks and food. Easy walking distance from the port and downtown, as well as all sorts of restaurants. Right across the street from the Mega supermercado.I encourage everyone to walk inland. There are a lot of local restaurants that are more delicious than the restaurants on the Main Street.
