This hotel lies at the heart of Cozumel just a few minutes walk from the pedestrianised zone and surrounded by many shopping and entertainment venues. The nearest beach is 1 km away.

60 rooms, including 16 suites and 12 double rooms, are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     A lot of bang for your buck!

    My husband and I stayed here with 5 other couples. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. They do have a pool, but it is at their sister hotel about 3 or 4 blocks away. They provide a basic cooked to order breakfast every day. We stayed 15 days, and there was a rotation of 3 or 4 different breakfast items. The staff was friendly. Our room was a suite and consisted of a fairly large bathroom, a bedroom with two double beds, a small kitchen with sink, stove, and fridge. The living room and dining area were in a separate room. They provide daily maid service as well. The price was extremely reasonable for all the amenities. We are planning on returning next year.     Could be awesome if only they had a lounge area

    Great location, big room, good wi-fi, good bed, friendly and very helpful staff, great tv channel selection and the continental breakfast (served at this hotel and not the sister hotel) was pretty good but limited, it includes toast, coffee and a fruit plate. Extra dishes like scrambled eggs with ham start at 120 pesos.BUTNo lounge area or lounge chairs at the hotel, no fridge in the room (1st floor rooms only), glass tabletop (nobody likes glass), dirty ceiling fan and ceiling fan light full of dead bugs and the few small bikes available for the guests are poorly maintained.     I didn't have the pleasure of staying here unfortunately - but wanted to shout out Graciela for allowing me to get a full refund because I had to cancel my trip for my dog's last minute emergency surgery. I will definitely be staying here when I get to go to Cozumel, but wanted to shout out Graciela! The staff here is obviously great.     This is just the best place for someone looking for a moderate priced stay in Cozumel - quite / clean/ spacious / comfortable / safe. It is in the center of everything and the staff is as friendly and helpful as you will find anywhere - the service on all levels was excellent - I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Cozumel !     This hotel is in the heart of downtown, near several local shops and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and provided an extra bed when we asked. They even deviated from their breakfast menu and prepared alternatives when we inquired about specific Mexican dishes. Would definitely recommend.
