    We had the most relaxing stay at the Westin! My favorite place to dine there was near the water. Margarita was our server each morning and she was so kind and helpful. She was so sweet and even brought us a treat on our last morning.

    Westin Cozumel Spa was spectacular! Nadine was my massage therapist and I would say out of all the massages and experiences I’ve ever had…she is the best. Yes, even compared to the Ritz! Thank you, Nadine, for resetting me with a wonderful experience. Sincerely….Judi

    This is our 3rd time here and it’s always an excellent experience. All inclusive is the way to go. The staff are always so kind and helpful. Santiago is the best waiter at the pool and beach area! You can tell he truly takes pride in his job and is a hard worker. We are a large group in our family and we ordered a bunch of food and drinks from the snack bar. He was always attentive and made sure we had what we wanted.Vicky also works in the pool/beach snack bar area and is very kind and takes great care of us too!The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Lorenzo cleaned our room and went above and beyond to leave little details like extra water bottles and towel animals that our daughter loved! The main lobby area and the restaurants are clean as well. The food at the restaurants is tasty and even if you want something that isn’t on the menu, they can accommodate you. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the hostess always greeted us with a smile and the waiters and waitresses were all attentive and kind as well. I wish I knew their names to give them a shoutout too. While we enjoy eating at local restaurants in town too, we enjoyed eating dinner at the restaurants at the hotel. There are 2 restaurants and they alternate nights on which one is open. Moguel attended to us at dinners and also went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience. We were celebrating some birthdays and he made sure they were extra special. The location is perfect, only about 10 minutes from the airport. Overall it’s a quiet and chill resort that is great for families. If you are looking to relax and be treated well, this is the place to be. Don’t forget to tip the staff well! They all work really hard and deserve it.

    We are currently on day 4 of our 7 day stay at The Westin Cozumel, and it has been absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived. If you are looking for a relaxing, chill vibe away from the heavy crowds, this is the perfect tropical escape.Opting for the all-inclusive package was the best decision. The food and drinks have been fantastic, but what truly elevates the experience is the exceptional hospitality. Shout outs to Jorge at the lobby bar and Israel at the restaurant, as well as Fernando—they have taken such amazing care of us, providing top-notch service and making us feel incredibly welcome every single day.A few other highlights: Comfortable Rooms: Our room is spotlessly clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Coming back to such a fresh space every day is a huge plus.The Vibe: The entire property has a peaceful, laid-back energy that makes it incredibly easy to completely unwind.Outstanding Value: The convenience of the all-inclusive plan combined with the stunning ocean views makes this place a hidden gem.We still have a few days left, but we are already so happy we chose this resort. Highly recommend!

    I am extremely disappointed with both Expedia and The Westin Cozumel regarding my recent stay.When I booked my vacation through Expedia, I specifically purchased and paid for an all-inclusive package. However, upon arrival at The Westin Cozumel, I was informed that my reservation did not include the all-inclusive benefits I had purchased $2000. This created confusion, frustration, and unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a family vacation.The most disappointing aspect was the lack of communication between Expedia and the hotel. Each party seemed to have different information about my reservation, leaving me caught in the middle trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled before my arrival. As a customer, I should not have to prove that I purchased services that were clearly included in my booking confirmation.I chose Expedia because I trusted the accuracy of the reservation details, and I chose The Westin Cozumel expecting a premium guest experience. Unfortunately, both companies failed to coordinate and honor the all-inclusive package that I paid for.I hope Expedia and The Westin Cozumel review their booking and communication processes to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same issue. Customers should receive exactly what they purchase, without having to spend valuable vacation time resolving reservation discrepancies.Overall, this experience significantly impacted my stay and left me disappointed with both Expedia and The Westin Cozumel.
