The hotel has 30 single rooms and 84 double rooms, which are located on 14 storeys and are reachable by lift.     I can’t begin to express how wonderful our experience was. The included breakfast/lunch was excellent better than most. I highly recommend going early, around 7:00 a.m., when everything is fresh and plentiful.I especially want to mention the room attendant her name was Eva Mena wonderful woman sooo nice, I believe. She was incredibly sweet, respectful, and humble. I was traveling with an elderly patient, and she went out of her way to help us when she didn’t have to. She was always smiling and so kind.The service was always immediate, and they even provided us with an extension cord when we needed one. Lots of blankets Just be quick elevator close to fast no slow pokes lol.Overall, it was a great place, and we truly appreciated the care and attention we received.     The location was near many of the places I wanted to visit. Dolores at breakfast took excellent care of me every morning. It was such a great visit, I plan to return.     The saving grace of this hotel was the bountiful breakfast buffet. Chilaquiles, eggs, picadillo, pork, refried beans, pancakes, fruit, cereals etc. The wait staff were very nice. The king bed, the A/C, closet, hot water and the Smart TV we're all good. The front desk man was very accommodating and kind who spoke English very well. Cons: shower leaks all over the floorThe bare light bulbs don't provide a pleasant vibe.The vent in the bathroom is shared with the room next door so you can practically see through it. The curtain tracks are rough making them hard to adjust. The view from the back is an eyesore of rusting rooftops and brick walls, the front is just as bad with old abandoned building and at the time of this review in June 2025, the entire street is dug up and loud machinery going all day.     Worst stay ever, room smelled musty, one towel for two people and it was hard and looked dirty. I had requested clean towels for two people that never arrived. The sink drain kept clogging and the bed was hard as a rock. We have stayed at other hotels in other parts of Mexico MUCH better than this one. This was just my experience, maybe someone had a better one but I will not be staying here next time I go. (I did do my research before booking and it was suppose to be a good hotel on a good part of CDMX but what a disappointment for us.)
