  Very Poor Experience – No Basic Amenities

  I had a terrible experience at this hotel. There were no basic amenities – no fan, poor lighting, and a lot of mosquitoes in the room, making it impossible to stay. Due to these issues, I had to check out the same night and book another hotel urgently.This kind of condition is unacceptable, and I’m extremely disappointed that Agoda lists such properties without proper quality checks. It has shaken my trust in Agoda’s service and reliability. I strongly advise others to avoid this property and urge Agoda to improve its vetting process.

Muchas gracias por todo muchas gracias por la sandía y la piña Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you thank you You are the best manager ever. You went above and beyond with most managers are thought of. And thank you again for guiding me to where I needed to go to get the covid test God bless you and your staff!!!!! Neon that this place is a great place to stay is close to everything great great location and friendly staff and people can't wait to go back see you soon!!!!!

  I stayed for 3 nights. Clean and simply decorated rooms with en-suite and TV. Very competitive price, helpful staff and good breakfast and evening meals provided if required. Good position for walking to Metro and Historic centre.

  I traveled solo with a budget and spent most of my time outside. I stayed here for 3 days, everything went well. However, the second night was too noisy and I couldn't sleep well. The staff was nice and willing to help, that was the best part of all. The bathroom needs improvement and inside the rooms it's very difficult or almost impossible to reach the wifi signal.

  You can hear your neighbors. Beds are hard. Their air conditioning has been out for 3 YEARS! Mosquitos everywhere... I don't think they understand the concept of customer service! Lol terrible... But if you're looking for something on the cheap--they're there for ya!
