    Myexperience at this hotel was great. The restaurant food was very delicious and very convenient to have. The service from Irene and Nalleia was amazing very attentive and fast wonderful ladies.     Great location, with great amenities and excellent staff.

    Everything is always great! I've been here several times and the staff already remembered me as I check in. Mr Jorge and Mr Jose always very kind as well as the people on the front desk. The only inconvenience I have are the showers and the faucet on the bathroom. The shower head needs an update. It takes for ever to take a shower, and and the faucet is like a sprinkler, it sprays water all over the sink, wetting all my personal things. I hope this is changed by my next trip. Location is excellent, close to everything! After many visits, they still ask for a deposit which is weird.     The hotel was great. The restaurant staff which was America, Abril and Fernanda were awesome Great service very attentive and the food was awesome. Sergio the night door man very polite and helpful with questions we had. Room service was great and the room was nice and clean. We loved staying here and very convenient to the Zocala and surrounding attractions to visit.
