    Good option near the Alameda

    Booked on AlAccor App for about 120$CAN a night for 5 nights, including breakfast.Check in was quick and friendly and was provided with a typical Ibis room, with queen bed, wall mounted TV (99% spanish language stations), ok bathroom with old towels, and view from the street. They do provide a glass bottle for you to fill out with fresh cold water in lobby. Room would benefit from a little renovation.Breakfast was excellent, with a good rotation of items during my stay, but with a Mexican focus. Chilaquiles, stews, rice, pasta, baked goods, fruits, and jellos. Location is excellent, next to the Juarez metro station, so getting around is easy. There are plenty of food options around, both restaurants and street food. Note there is no gym at this location

    Location is great (it's more like 1 minute from Juarez subway station, than 3 minutes as google says), Palace of Fine Arts (magnificent) is a block away, there is a number of eateries around and transportation to a number of main attractions is relatively easy.Staff is friendly enough and take care of issues, if they arise, promptly. Breakfasts are great with a variety of options to choose from. Hotel itself is a little bit worn out, and the beds don't scream "comfortable", but it's clean and has everything one may need.

    Just wanted to say that my stay at Ibis in Mexico was great. Stef was very good and helpful, and Yoko was especially cheerful and ready to assist. She even checked on me during breakfast to make sure I was happy with the food. Really appreciated it!
