  Great location, small comfortable rooms and kind staff

  The location is very convenient, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The amenities they provided were great. The shampoo and conditioner smelled great and so did the lotion and soap. Make sure you have breakfast every morning on the 5th floor. The food is served buffet style and is delicious. Free coffee and tea as well. The room is a little small but it’s perfect for one or two people. The front desk staff is excellent and Julian is very kind and helpful. They also sell small toiletries if you’ve forgotten to pack them. Excellent service, kind housekeeping staff and front desk staff. Special thanks to Julian!   This hotel is a really good option if you’re visiting the Dowtown of Mexico city.   Very good price quality ratio. Clean room, staff very polite and professional! Very close to city center, roof top and gym. Room is in minimalist style, essential but filled with all necessities. Highly recommended!   Not every room is the same

  First thing make sure you book with Expedia or another app. The hotel “hostel” will charge you anywhere from $1300-$1900 pesos for each night. What is the most upsetting is that some rooms have air-conditioners some rooms don’t have it super hot in some rooms super cold and some other ones. Some rooms have maybe an extra hundred square foot and some rooms are so tiny you can’t even walk next to the bed.   Worst bed EVER!

  All of the positive revies led to make a reservation at this hotel. The location is decent, the room is small but functional, but the bed is the worst bed I have ever slept on in the 50+ countries I've visited! The bed is very hard and doesn't have any give to make for a good night's sleep. I'm shocked that no one else has mentioned this in their reviews. We tossed and turned all night long and couldn't sleep as it wasn't possible to get comfortable. I have a firm mattress at home but this is ULTRA-FIRM! If you don't like that kind of mattress, then you should seek lodging elsewhere. I suppose you get what you pay for.We were placed on the top floor where the breakfast area is. There were noisy people up there until nearly 11pm. The breakfast folk were at it early setting up for breakfast with music playing in the background. It just wasn't possible to get a good rest at this hotel. There are clearly better options. I won't be staying in anymore MX properties as I am assuming they utilize the same mattress.We showed up for breakfast and the eggs were depleted. It took a while before they replenished the eggs. Honestly, you would be better off going to the restaurant at the end of the alley for breakfast. There was a line out the door as we left, so it must be good!
