Location

Just 10 minutes from the Foro Sol, Palacio de los Deportes and the Hermanos Rodriguez racetrack, the airport hotel is also only 30 min from shops in Paseo de la Reforma and the main financial and commercial centres. Situated inside terminal 2 at the Benito Juárez International Airport, Mexico City, the nearest metro station is on the hotel's doostep and the historical old town is approximately a 45-minute drive away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 287 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     We always stay at NH T2 when flying AM or Delta. We speak very limited Spanish and this location is extremely easy to navigate to/from!

    I was in this hotel for one night on the 22, April 2026,We got a king size bed, two guests, they had only one small bottle of water, at checkout, I asked "why only one bottle of water for two guests??? the Clerk responded, "is protocol" this was my reaction "#%@*%$$$##@@ I think I was clear enough price for this night was 447 CAD.

    I stayed at the NH Airport hotel because I had a 7 a.m. flight, and it was a very convenient option. I arrived the night before at Terminal 2 with Aeroméxico and had my departure from Terminal 1 the next day. I took the Aerotrén, which opens at 5 a.m., without any issues. The hotel was comfortable, and I had a good rest before my flight.

    The property is old . The bathrooms are old with non functioning shower head and very little supplies. It took 3 phone calls to room service to get toilet paper and water

    Stayed here on an overnight layover, and the hotel is just average at best. The room AC refused to work and heated the room instead if cooled the room. The gym is terrible, half of the equipment doesn’t work and it appears it’s been under construction for 6 months. The only positive was the breakfast.
