  Nasty Dirty bead bugs and unfriendly stuff

  They only show you a nice room but you will not get that. You end up with a nasty Dirty room , constructed noise, very rude stuff, grate located, but not enough to be restless every night wile you are getting bitten by Chinches, spiders, ticks etc. Do not rent there. Better options. They CUT off our phone so we can not call front desk. We ask to be moved not help. We ask for refund. They deny it. Horrible experience.

  This Aparthotel is well located (many restaurants and coffee shops nearby), the suites have two bedrooms (a double bed and a single), with two bathrooms, a small kitchen, plus a small living room with sofa (not appropriate for sleeping), and dining table. This makes it convenient for 3 people. Cleanliness is good, housekeeping and reception personnel are very kind. The lobby manager is awesome and caring. On the downside, the hotel overall is kind of old, the appliances in the kitchen, as well as dinnerware, silverware, pots & pans, etc are mostly mix & match from different sets, they’re scratched, the microwave was totally nuts (when you press “cancel” it actually adds 30-seconds, there’s no way to stop it except opening its door). At the lobby at times when you ask for something out of their comfort zone (like requesting a couple bottles of water we needed at 10pm to take some meds, given water in CDMX is not drinkable) their best answer was that “the bottles inventory was depleted since a week ago and they still hadn’t replaced them. 😳 The a/c had a steady temp which cannot be regulated, and in summer it can get quite hot. Additionally the closet had no hangers (so we had to go and buy some to be able to unpack). Also, one of the dining chairs was broken and we had to put it aside to prevent anyone from accidentally falling. Finally, on a Saturday when perhaps guests prefer to sleep in, that’s the day they perform repairs to the rooms, and we heard about half an hour of hammering before 10am.Anyway, it’s still a good value option for a convenient stay given its location.

  Too noisy and management does not refund

  I could not sleep for a whole night because a very high noise, with a frequency of less than 5 minutes, and sometimes every 10After complained, the changed us to another room which also was very noisyI would say almost every room in that hotel is very noisy due to a faulty water pump.It looks to me a scam as every personnel know about the issue and play dump.I was notified that the hotel declined the refund. And it is all their problemAVOID THIS Hotel and avoid hotels.com as all what they do is reservations but not correctly mediate when there are issues. They go with what the owners or managers of hotel want to do.

  The hotel looks nice but the rooms are not that well decorated and the water barely comes out of the shower head. There are good restaurants nearby and the United States embassy is close by the hotel.

  Walking distance to great restaurants and public transportation. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Carpet needs to be changed due to stains and cigarette burns. The advertised gym's equipment should all be replaced as most of it is broken.
