  An absolutely phenomenal view with food and staff to match!

  I visited Grand Park Royale with my family from May 12 – May 19. My brother and I stayed in room #710 and my parents in room #711. Our stay was fantastic. The maid kept our rooms clean, Berto (the drink attendant to our room) kept us well stocked, we loved watching the ocean from our balcony, and we really enjoyed watching the Funtastic Team lead people in dance and in pool activities down below. Oh, and on note of the Funtastic Team, there was a woman named Alexia who was particularly helpful when my brother and I were looking for towels on the first day. Even though it was probably outside of her department, she helped us find them and was really kind throughout the process.The restaurants were also magnificent. Frida’s had some fantastic birria, and Andiano had a great... well, everything! Everything I ate at the Italian restaurant was excellent and fresh, and the salad bar had a great selection of fresh vegetables, cured meats, and special cheese (the smoked provolone was excellent). Furthermore, Gonzalo and Omar were fantastic waiters. They made us feel at home, and Gonzalo made some of the best tiramisu I’ve ever had.   Smith was amazing! 10/10 recommend! Vibes are so relaxing and if you’re looking for a chill weekend getaway, I highly recommend to look into booking here!   Amazing Resort

  We travelled with our extended family (6 adults and 6 kids) during the first week of April, and this resort was absolutely perfect for our group.From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such care and genuine hospitality. The staff were attentive, friendly, and really contributed to making our stay special.We loved the daytime activities, especially the pool entertainment, which had all of us laughing and joining in. It was such a fun atmosphere for both adults and teens.Our group was mostly teenagers, and we truly appreciated how inclusive most of the staff were. A special shout-out to Victoria, who kindly allowed our 12-year-old to participate in the cooking class alongside her mom. That meant a lot to us. (We did have a different experience with another activity instructor who didn’t allow her to join a jewelry class despite available space, which was a bit disappointing.)Victoria was wonderful with our kids, and so was Smith. We also received excellent service from Jesus at the bar and Jorge at the buffet. In general, everyone we encountered was kind and attentive.The resort itself was clean, the food was excellent, and the location was ideal. The beach was beautiful, with clear water and plenty of space to relax.We would absolutely recommend this resort, especially for families with teenagers. It offered the perfect balance of fun, relaxation, and great service.   Best birthday getaway!!

  Where do we begin!!! Firstly our main man Brayan; from start, middle to finish, he was an incredibly integral part of our trip. We started to think he had a twin working as he was everywhere at once!!! A very hard worker who loves his job very much! Our bartenders that stood out were Diana and Arturo; they knew our drinks by day 2 and helped recommend new drinks for us to try!! The Sierra Rojo is chefs kiss!! We attended the Italian restaurant on 3 occasions ; it was THAT good!! Gonzalo was super attentive and gave us alternative options when the arugula wasn’t quite up to their standards! And we must shout out the chef at this restaurant as well; Fernando you are a wizard!! Please continue cooking with the passion you have shown us!!! We were upgraded to the VIP package; and people, it is SO WORTH IT! This option unlocks your own rooftop bar, with a private pool, cabanas, and so much more!! We will most definitely be returning in the future!!!
