Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, this holiday village lies in the heart of Agadir, not 5 minutes from the sandy beach.

Facility

The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The holiday village has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and adjustable central heating ensures just the right temperature. A balcony with a partial sea view is included in most units and encourages guests to linger a while. From their rooms guests enjoy a beautiful sea view. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. There is also a safe and, for a fee, a minibar. A refrigerator and a mini fridge are standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities are available at the holiday village, for example cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf, golf and horse riding or, for a fee, bocce and archery. Water sports available at the complex include canoeing, sailing, water aerobics and aquafit. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts, squash, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: a sauna. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The complex also offers snacks. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Nothing Like Advertised — Filthy, Unsafe, and Not Worth It Even for Free

    No photo or description matches reality — everything is a lie. The hotel is a disaster, and the food is just as bad. There are cockroaches in the rooms, which are old and extremely dirty — you’re afraid to even sleep there in case you get sick.The kitchen is filthy; you’re afraid to eat anything from there. The food is poorly prepared and unhygienic, and the cooks look at you angrily if you ask for more food, even though you’ve paid for it.The bathrooms are like something out of a horror movie: broken or missing windows, no doors, a terrible smell, no soap dispensers to wash your hands — just soap thrown next to the sink.On the last day, the hot water was cut off. The pool is not heated at all, despite what it says on the website. Drinks are rationed — only two glasses per person, no more.We only ate at restaurants outside the hotel or ordered food in. I do not recommend this hotel even if it were free — don’t go, you’ll get sick.

    Avoid this hotel at all costs.I stayed at El Pueblo Tamlet in Agadir on 22 April 2026 with my five children, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is nothing like what is advertised. The rooms were extremely outdated, dirty, and very poorly maintained. The sinks were filthy, there were bugs all over the floor, no towels were provided, the TV didn’t work, and there was no air conditioning. Even basic things like privacy were missing – there were no locks on the toilet door.The hygiene standards were completely unacceptable, especially when travelling with children. My kids were genuinely scared and disgusted by the conditions.To make matters worse, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern when we raised these issues. There was no attempt to resolve anything or offer support.We ended up checking out almost immediately and had to spend extra money booking another hotel just to have somewhere safe and clean to stay.This place should not be advertised as suitable accommodation. I would strongly recommend avoiding it.

    Joint hotel with Carribean village Agador Location is great for shops and beach..Rooms are very dated and in need of modernisation no table and chairs, hairdryer etc in rooms as discribed on the hotel facilities, and told safe doesn't work 😕And let's talk food.. Or lack of it, Sunday evening, offers were beef burgers cut in half and a tiny peice of chicken hacked with a cleaver from a larger portion. This happened loads, or just chicken wings as an option, Loads of different salads or actually same salads just chopped differently and weird things added like peaches.. And chocolate vermicelli sprinkled over cucumber salad,kids also not catered for chips a rareatiy and 10 minutes to wait for some 3min french fries to be cooked and just chicken nuggets on 1 day or 2 if you count the day after sliced into a salad, bread dry and crusty left out all day for the 3 meals and no proper desserts, constantly running out of plates, bowls knife and forks, so more waiting soup and dessert bowls, cups and spoons were also cheap plastic Only 1 bar open never actually saw any alcohol but G&T and a weird coloured cocktail/mock tail were offered in a lovely plastic cup, but that's in the Caribbean village end near there pool so quite a walk from your own part of hotel,,So basically don't book this hotel if you like your food.. And don't mind a trek for a coffee or a beer,Agadir is great place just not this hotel

    Absolutely awful, don’t waste your time booking. Dirty and unhygenic.. Dirty bed linen, holes in the wall, paint peeling, blood on the floor, piles of piles of pigeon poo. We left within an hour and found somewhere else to stay! Should not be allowed to accept guests. Oh, check your money as we were given fake fake money as change!

    I went and wouldnt go back, Agadir was great, hotel staff were usless. They took a hour to go through check in and then failed to tell me key things I needed to know about meals. I was all inclusive and was refused beer on site yet others were allowed beers. I was refused to be fed one night because the staff signing me in didnt tell me about sepereate booking was needed. Ive taken package provider to court and won.
