  Just enjoying our last day by the poolNice hotel with good pools and lovely garden area for relaxingViews across the ocean are niceOnly had B&B, heard mixed reports about evening food, didn’t affect us , breakfast was fine.We ate out at Pure Passion restaurant, a 20 minute walk down hill from the hotel, lovely restaurant and bar.Nothing much else in terms of stuff to walk to locally, especially for alcoholic drinks.Tried Taghazout town, world of waves restaurant, awful, stayed local after that.Staff very good including room cleaning girl.We came for 8 nights relaxation and that’s what we got so very happy.Thankyou Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay, Marketing at Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay, responded to this review Dear GuestThank you for sharing your experience.   Amazing stay and the staffs service was amazing!

  From the check in all the way to check out, the experience was amazing. Rihab and Kareem were exceptional, they gave us really good rooms, made sure we were all on the same floor and gave us lots of travel tips for around Agadir. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, it was very comfortable, airy and spacious. There were a lot of amenities and great food options. The location is a bit out from Agadir, however it was always sunny and we had access to the pools and sun beds here too. The hotel was very clean, great value and it wasn't noisy at all, especially in the nights.   A wonderful restful stay in a beautiful hotel

  We had the best time! From the warmth of the welcome to the comfort of the hotel and delicious food. We came for a rest and some relaxation and that’s what we got. The spa was fabulous and the wonderful staff gave us the best massages plus tea and a space to chill. Thank you, we will certainly return.   This hotel is TERRIBLE for families. You have to ask them to refill the toilet roll in the communal toilets at least three times and complain at reception before they action it. The staff around the pool bar are useless, you will wait at least 1 hour for pool food with a family larger than 2 people, there is also no order to when food arrives, the table next to you, who order 30 minutes later, will likely receive their food first. You cannot access drinking water quickly unless you go upstairs to the shop, which is a concern when you have children. The wait for children’s ice-creams is so long that it arrives fully melted. Many of the staff are stood around doing absolutely nothing.The children’s entertainment team are excellent and the reception and room cleaning staff do their best. This hotel needs a lot of work but we will not return to find out if they enforce any changes.   Hotel nice...area isn't.

  The hotel itself is beautiful. The snack bar by the pool is open 12-5 but is quite expensive for what it is. The evening buffet was £26pp and very low variability. The tapas restaurant was beautiful and was 7 tapas dishes for £36. The cleaning service comes every day to tidy the room, make the bed, change the towels and provide two free bottles of water. It's a 30 minute taxi journey into the main town of Agadir, costing £16 each way. As a woman you feel very unsafe and stared at. There are only two restaurants in Agadir town which had lights on and looked welcoming, however they played extremely loud music and squished you together so close my sleeve almost caught on fire by the woman smoking a cigarette next to me. On the way home from Agadir the taxi company (that we booked via the hotel) pulled into the side of the road and made us switch vehicles which made us feel worried we were going to get robbed. The one pool was heated and the other was freezing. No shower room for the last day. I wouldn't go back which is a shame because the hotel is lovely.
