    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The entire team was warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience truly special.A special mention has to go to Lahcen, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests really stood out. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made me feel incredibly welcome from start to finish.It’s rare to come across such consistently excellent service, and this hotel has clearly built a brilliant team. I’ll definitely be returning!

    This hotel is not worth the money paid. It’s located far from the beach, which was a major inconvenience.The rooms are extremely small, with tiny windows — overall, the atmosphere felt cramped and unpleasant.Also, the hotel looks nothing like the photos shown on Booking — very misleading.To make things worse, we found a spider in the room upon arrival.I would not return and definitely do not recommend this hotel.

    We came with our children for a day pass at this hotel to use the pool facility. Hotel over charged us, requiring we pay $95 US dollars to just sit by the pool (we had three adults and 5 kids). We relented and paid this exorbitant amount as we walked very far and were quite tired by the time we arrived. After paying such an incredible price, the hotel refused to even give us enough towels for the kids, even though there were hardly any people in the pool. Judging from just the pool experience, I can only imagine the horrible experience if we stayed here overnight. I would advice others to seek other hotel and pool options if they wish to have a positive experience in this area.

    Very bad service, too small rooms, not appropriate for 2 people, breakfast average, we requested an additional bed for our baby , the guy in the reception was telling us with a big smile “ yes right now” we asked 3 times and waited, got nothing, slept with ourbaby in 140 cm bed. Rooms dirty and humidified, shower gets water leaking everywhere. We had to shorten our stay and left after one night instead of 3.
