    Excellent and comfortable tucked away spot with absolute classy, comfortable, beachy interiors. So quiet at night, great rooftop deck. We loved it. Our rooms were spacious for such a small, boutique Riad, and beds were big. So relaxing. We could have stayed a month.

    Riad Lyon-Mogador is located ideally in the middle of Essaouira's medina and everything is withing walking distance. The view from the rooftop terrace is just breathtaking and we thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast there and watching the sunset. Staff was very helpful and gave us lots of advice on what to do while in Essaouira. There is so much attention to detail all over the building which made our stay very charming. The owner, Camille, is very dedicated and came to greet every guest at breakfast time and made sure via WhatsApp that we had a good stay. Highly recommended!     This hotel was great. The decor and scent throughout was immaculate. The room was beautiful and clean.The staff were really helpful and attentive. We were given a WhatsApp contact as well as a list of recommended things to do/eat/see in the area.Breakfast was great in the rooftop each morning although it can get chilly in the morning. They didn't provide blankets however!I'd recommend this place if staying in Essaouria!

    I can’t wait a minute to give this riad my review.We got a very professional and personal welcome by the owner. He told us about Essaouira and gave us his personal guide of sights, restaurants, activities and a number to communicate through if we had any further questions.The riad itself is beautiful on the inside with a very tasteful and individual for each room decoration. We specifically liked the rooftop where you could spend time during the day with a view over the medina and sea. Breakfast was served on the rooftop and was delicious with great coffee, egg, different bread and fruit, we only missed some kind of cheese.We also ate a 3 course home cooked meal in peace and quiet at the riad that was delicious.The best with the stay was the excellent, personal, professional and always smiling service, not only by the owners but also from all the staff we met.

    Much enjoyed the stay.very calme with beautiful view ,very friendly and kind staff .They take care of all details and provide you with all good plans and places you can try.My new favorite place in Essaouira ..
