    Disappointing Customer Service for Lost Documents

    I recently stayed at this hotel and faced a challenging situation as a foreigner in Rabat. I lost my wallet, which contained all my important documents, and urgently needed to check the lobby camera footage to see if I left it there or in a taxi.Unfortunately, despite my repeated requests over a week, I received no assistance from the hotel staff. The lack of communication and support during such a stressful time was incredibly disappointing.While the hotel itself was decent, the customer service fell short when I needed help the most. I hope they improve their responsiveness to guest concerns in the future.

    It is solid hotel in a nice neighborhood with shoos and restaurants around with small but good breakfast. There are many new hotels in the area so check the price before making your decision. Bathtub was difficult to manage. Old style, not suitable for seniours

    Loved this hôtel. I stayed only two nights but i will absolutly go Black.The rooms were very clean and calm even that you are in the center of Agdal. Breakfast was every time defferent and nice. I eat at the restaurant one night and my food was good. I recommand this hôtel. Thanks to all the good staff

    I stayed in this hotel the week of June 26thBeen staying there a lot cause of my work. When I left I réalized I forgot my iphone charger… no big deal I go there at least twice a month so I called and there the trouble started: no one knew, the cleaning lady was not available, call back I will check , send an email bla bla bla!!! Then I finally spoke to someone who said yes we have it. I g and informed them that I will be back on July 24 and will come collect. I got there today, the hostess was HORRIBLE, rude calling me names saying she doesn’t give a damn the charger is not there and that al’ k should leave or she will call the police. I will stop all collaboration with this hotel RUN

    Greatest hotel in rabat where I stayed with my family and we had a great time.The room were pretty good and clean.I stayed already in the hotel Atlantic Agdal before and I still very satisfied .I will definitely go back.I even try this time the spa we had a good Hammam and it was perfect!
