    I experienced the worst service by this hotel. I booked through Hotel, Com for a one-night stay on 14th November 2022 for myself and my wife. With less than 20 hours before we were due to arrive and without any warning prior to this time Hotel.com confirmed our booking the Rent Inn Hotel cancelled our booking. My wife called them to ask why and they said that they had cancelled all booking due to them letting out the whole hotel to a block booking from a football club.This type of service is totally unacceptable and with no care for the client. I had to contact Hotel.com and give them details of the cancellation as they were still showing our booking as live. I had to give Hotel.com my UK number to call me back at a cost of £3 per minute. The call lasted approximately 30 minutes and will cost me £90. They did manage to find me a new hotel the Atlantic in Rabat and fortunately saved me getting totally stressed out over this farce.I will never book or advise anyone thinking of booking with Rent Inn Rabat Morrocco in the future.

    Had reservation but sent to a different hotel

    I had a reservation for this hotel but they sent me to a different hotel about 1.5km away which they were partnered with. Other than not being the hotel I booked I had a lovely stay at the other hotel but it was very inconvenient because I was much farther from my office than I had planned. I would not book this hotel again because their reservation system is clearly flawed

    “Calm & Clean Hotel”

    Rent-Inn hotel is a nice and clean hotel. All rooms are suits type equipped with kitchken fully loaded with dining table for two and two toilets and separate bed room. The most important is the hotel is a non smoking hotel in all rooms. The staff also very friendly and cheerful. Price is also reasonable compare to the cleaness of the place and location in Akdal area.
