    We stayed here one night. The grounds and pool setting were appealing. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. Not fancy but serviceable.

    My husband and I spent two nights at the Villa and largely enjoyed it. The entire team was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean, appealing and comfortable and we especially appreciated the small balcony with a view over the pretty gardens and the complimentary bowl of goodies. We had breakfast both mornings and dinner one evening and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. There was a large and rather noisy group dining indoors so we opted for the patio for a more romantic and serene setting. Unfortunately smoking is allowed on the outdoor patio during meals and that detracted a bit from our experience. It was quiet inside the villa overnight, however we were surprised at how much motorcycle noise there was throughout the night. It seems like such a secluded location, so it was unexpected.

    Terrible Service and Disrespectful Treatment

    I’ve been to this place many times, but the staff’s treatment of customers—especially Moroccans—is always disappointing. This time I brought my mother, hoping for a better experience, but we received terrible service. When I asked for an extra glass with our tea, the staff member (claiming to be the manager) said it would cost an additional 50 DHS. Completely unacceptable and it ruined our visit.

    Staff were wonderful at check in, the room was beautiful with a balcony and views of the garden. Breakfast was great with made to order eggs and the restaurant was very popular with locals. The pool area was very tranquil.

    This villa is a garden in paradise. Beautiful grounds, amazing rooms and wonderful service. Located in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by country consulates.
