  The Bilderberg Parkhotel is a great place to stay

  This hotel is really lovely. Friendly staff. Excellent big rooms and the beds are great with great linens. We needed extra pillows, requested them and they were delivered in 10 minutes- fantastic service. Good shower and bathroom. So quiet too. I’d definitely stay here next time I visit Rotterdam.   Very nice and central hotel in Rotterdam

  From a distance the building is not impressive but once inside it is super nice and very well decorated. Beautiful entrance bar and very nice rooms. Breakfast was also very nice.   Not bad but no very good also

  Well į could say they should change windows in Some of rooms and bathrooms and heating to dry towel or wet clothes.But other part like stuff , Reception, bar was nice. Thanks to Fey for being polite and All your other colleges .Breakfast amazing - more than enough to choose from.   Top location for a fair price.

  We are on a round trip through nice places in Netherlands. The hotel is very close to the main shoping areas of Rotterdam. The rooms are surprisingly big and well equipped. Everything is working as expected.The staff is friendly and efficient. The price of the rooms are very good. The parking lot is also safe.Because of the central location, some rooms are very noisy. Some windows on older rooms are not well maintained. We had to change the room. The staff was supportive.Our dog was welcome too.   General Upkeep Could be Improved, but Overall Good

  As we approached Bilderberg Parkhotel from the Central Station, the first thing I noticed was the the outside of the building, where part of the facade above the hotel had come away, so not the best first impression.As we entered the hotel we were greeted warmly, with staff appearing genuinely eager to assist. The lobby area was modern and a comfortable place to relax.We checked into our room, which was spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised to see we had a balcony area, however, on stepping outside, it was less of an area to relax, due to the presence of several large air ventilation units (this didn't impact our sleep) and a bumpy ground surface. The bed itself was comfortable though the duvet had slight discolouring, which we only noticed when the cover slipped off. This was not severe enough to raise a complaint, but should be noticed during routine cleaning, and removed from further use.The en-suite was a good size and the shower was hot. There was an air-conditioning unit in the room which was appreciated, as although the outside temperature was cooling down, the room itself was still rather warm.On one occasion, we had attempted to call Reception using the room phone to find that it was not connected, nor was there a cable to connect it, so it's presence appeared ornamental rather than for any practical use! The breakfast was varied and had a good offering. We had not pre-paid for breakfast, which was actually cheaper booking with staff on arrival than in advance. The hotel had a spa area, which we enquired about. It was available for use, but staff had to be notified if you wanted to use it, as the sauna is only switched on when it is going to be used, which I had no issue with. The spa facilities were of a good standard, though evidently are used sparsely, so much so, that we startled a member of housekeeping when they saw my wife and I using it! This space has the potential to be much more than it is currently, and the hotel should work out how best to utilise this. I'd give a 3.5* star rating if I could, though on balance the positives outweighed the negatives, so I've given it 4*.
