Location

The hotel is uniquely situated in the west of Rotterdam Coolhaven Island, a 10-minute drive from the city centre of Rotterdam. The nearest metro station is just 500 m away and the Euromast observation tower is 10 minutes away and offers wonderful views of the city.

Facility

The hotel has a suite, 6 single rooms and 20 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     Nice stay with relaxing jacuzzi

    I had a great stay at the room with jacuzzi. I wanted to have a good rest before I would continue my travelling. Room was clean and bed was very comfortabel. I enjoyed the jacuzzi with music and wine (I bought downstairs from reception, i was lucky, they don’t always have that available). I would recommend.

    I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Port in the Suite. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and easy.The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the balcony view of the Euromast, waking up and enjoying that view was truly special. It added such a unique and memorable touch to the experience.The jacuzzi was also fantastic! It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the city. Having that extra comfort made the stay feel a bit more luxurious.Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend Hotel Port to anyone visiting Rotterdam. I would happily stay here again!

    We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Port in Rotterdam as a family and would happily recommend it to others traveling with kids. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Our room was well maintained, quiet, and spacious enough for our family to settle in comfortably after long days exploring the city.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to give tips or assist with anything we needed, which made a big difference when traveling with children. The location is also a real plus: well connected by public transport and close old town, giving us an authentic Rotterdam feel while still being convenient.Overall, Hotel Port offers excellent value for money, a warm service, and a stress-free stay for families. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rotterdam.

    Filthy. Booked 2 nights. Suite with “Spa tub” has black bottom. Almost every flat surface has cigarette burn marks, but “non smoking”, upholstered chairs and sofa disgustingly stained. Sewage smell in bathroom. Mentioned all this to front desk, she said “301 is our best room”… I told her that is terrifying. We decided to find another hotel, they charged us for both days anyway. “Policy”…426.00 euros.     The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood: Delfshaven. It is well connected to the Metro and Tram. The staff members were amiable. I needed special assistance with baggage storage, and it was no problem, although the space in the hotel was minimal. When you entered the room and watched the garden terrace, you could not believe that it was the same building. It's so lovely and modern. The room appeared freshly refurbished. Parking in front of the hotel is expensive, but they recommended a solution within walking distance. The only disappointment was the breakfast. The passion for the rooms is completely missed in the breakfast room and buffet. It was no fun to be here, and next time, I will have an external breakfast.
