    It was a short but incredibly pleasant stay. The hotel is vibrant and its rooms are super big. The staff was caring and helpful, I felt welcomed in a way as if we already knew each other... it felt very warm.This time was a business trip but I am definitely coming soon with my family.     This is such an amazing hotel!     Bruno always feels like coming back home

    Modern design and atmosphere. Bruno is a very cozy and friendly place to stay. It’s located in a great spot and nearby tram and metro, walking distance from the city center and has a great food court very famous in town. The only downside, being a repeater in this hotel is that the Minibar is not full anymore (I presume that there were guests checking out without declaring the consumption of items and that made the management take the decision to not include it by default any longer) but so far that’s the only thing to point out. It used to be a nice amenity and it was very cheap in price, the new mini market at the lobby is a bit pricey. Otherwise very clean and very comfortable. The toiletries also downgraded in quality compared to a few years ago. Breakfast is very good and varied.
