  One of the worst hotels I've had the displeasure of staying in while traveling in Europe.

  I'm baffled by how this hotel maintains such high ratings on Trip Advisor and Google. I'm wondering if the people who've rated the hotel stayed in the same place I did because these ratings make no sense. I urge anyone reading this review to choose another hotel. I have traveled widely in Europe and I can't think of a worse hotel. The rooms were cramped, there's no refrigerator, and the bathroom was horrible. The shower floods the bathroom because it's at the same level as the floor and there's no shower curtain. It got so bad that even the carpet outside our bathroom ended up wet. The hotel staff didn't have anything to dry it, so we had to live with the dampness. A lot of sports amateur teams were there during our stay and made noise late into the night. The room doesn't even have a "do not disturb" or "please clean" sign to hang on the door. The staff was friendly but that didn't make up for the poor quality of the hotel. The worst part was, we paid as much for this hotel as for hotels that were much nicer. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel, there are so many better options in Rotterdam.

  Good hotel close to city centre

  Spacious, modern and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with quality items to choose from. Complimentary coffee available during the day. Ok location: a 5 minutes' walk from railway station and a tram stop right in front of the property.Somewhat disturbing noise coming from the tramway. A bit cold in the room as heating was not on even if outside temperature was below zero.

  Hotel is nice in the City center about five minutes walk from the busy streets and 10 minutes from the train station.Room was pretty outdated, it was clean but could do with a modern upgrade. Only one wall outlet in the room. Bathroom was clean but when you showered there is water everywhere. Also the rooms were very noisy, you could hear other guests and as we were in the weekend these guest were very loud throughout part of the night.Also the noise from outside was quite loud although we were put on a high floor you could hear traffic. Breakfast was good, enough choice and you could get a fresh made scrambled or fried egg. Coffee was good too (very important in the morning). I found the staff very friendly and helpfull.Parking right below the hotel is great.

  A very nice experience

  My experience in this hotel was really nice. It's located near the city center and the metro station and you can practically have everything you need (supermarkets, shops, food) within a few minutes on foot. All the stuff is really kind and helpful for anything it may occur during your stay in the hotel. Breakfast has not a big variety of drinks and food but it's still really good. My only complaint about this hotel is that there is no fridge in the room, which you really going to need if you are staying for more than 5 days. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay in days inn and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

  The hotel room was clean and good size with basic but pleasant features. All necessary features were available. Bed was comfortable. And all staff were helpful. Will definitely stay again. Overall a very good experience and value for money.
