    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had a wonderful stay at Adina Auckland Britomart and would highly recommend it.The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable.One of the best features of this hotel is its fantastic location. Situated within easy walking distance of Britomart, Commercial Bay, the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and many of Auckland’s attractions, it was the perfect base for exploring the city without needing a car.Overall, Adina Auckland Britomart offers comfortable accommodation, excellent facilities, outstanding service, and a great location.     Clean hotel but you have to pay twice to stay

    Great hotel which is clean and gives you a great amount of space to unwind. However, you will need to pay twice. Once for the room and then another on a ‘retainer’. The NZ$50 hold on your card was for any incidental charges and was not a double charge of the room rate. The $50 was released on the day of departure.     Noisy shared apartment

    Had a room which shares a lobby with an adjacent room. Therefore when you leave you have to exit via 2 selfclosing fire doors which are noisy. Needless to say we we continually woken up due to an oblivious neighbouring unit women leaving and coming back at all hours of the night. This was not great for our child. Would not stay in one of these rooms again….very poor planning and not acceptable.     I’ve stayed at the Adina a couple of times recently. It offers good value, is very clean, and the staff are friendly and polite. The serviced apartments are spacious and well equipped, with a large sofa, dining area, and adequate bench space.The location is quiet and convenient, especially for anyone attending an event at nearby Spark Arena, which is only about 100 metres away.What lets the property down, however, is that the rooms are starting to feel tired. The TV was outdated, offered only a few local channels, had no casting functionality, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. The bed was worn, and the bathroom felt a little scruffy.Overall, for the price point, it’s a great place to stay if you simply need a room for the night. However, if you’re specifically booking for the benefits of a serviced apartment, which was my reason for staying, the experience is fairly mediocre.
