    Rooms Filthy... spent 5 minutes in rooms and didnt want to touch anything! Bathroom dirty and mouldy, bed linens dirty. Furniture looked like came from rubbish tip.3 rooms booked all disgusting we all walked out.No refund given and they actually then took extra money from my card. So fraudulent also do not give card details! Hotel should be shut down health risk!

    This hotel like it's sister AVR Auckland Airport (owned and run by the same company) are bordering on ghetto slum dwellings.The check in process and some staff is cumbersome The staff go from barely capable of holding a conversation in English to downright rude.The properties are run down, dirty and dangerous, holes in the floor, rotten carpet, freyed and damaged carpet, trip hazards and linen bags stacked in the way of fire fighting equipment in areas designated fire escape routes Doors that won't shut and can't be locked, water damaged furniture, unsafe and broken heaters, in room phones that don't work (because they have no cables connecting them) and broken light fittings and lamps, no or incomplete linen in rooms I have multiple photos posted so this is NOT AN EXAGERATIONAVOID THIS HOTEL - YOUD BE BETTER OFF RENTING A CAR AND SLEEPING THAT.

    No hot water and couldn't even shower before my long flight overseas, told reception no sorry or anything , business as usual I take it ....lol

    Good cheap accomodation with great access to airport. we stayed for one night and flew out the following morning. absolute bargain being able to leave our car there for 5 days and get a free bus to the airport. Room was simple and clean - cant complain would stay again. THanks

    Dirty rooms, dirty restaurant, dirty reception and corridors, unfriendly staff, rooms smell like old wet smoke, black mould in bathrooms, fixtures falling off, curtains off rails and cant pull, no soap in bathroom bottles, 1/4 toilet paper, nil service had to wait half an hour to be served at bar for a water, paid for late check out at 3pm yet got rudely awaken at 10.10 to “pack your bags and get out!” From housekeeping that refused to believe I had paid extra, had to go to reception and proove payment, no apology. Free airport shuttle is a council bus that stops outside the place, pavements and driveways all full of potholes, rubbish everywhere in gardens, unkempt place altogether. Cheap and NASTY
