    Hotel FOH very pleasant staff. Our daughter got handed a complimentary ice cream wrist band at arrival which made her feel very seen and appreciated , we were also offered water.Easy check in & we decided to take the Hotel valet parking.Rooms were very tidy, comfy beds, all ammenities in working order, we were on the 18th floor so had a city view. I loved the refill water stations in the foyer. Wellness centre & easy entry exit to Queen street.This is a great place to stay if you’re heading to events across the road at The Auckland town hall or Aotea Square.Breakfast Buffet was great, they have a live station for your choice of eggs from the Menu it’s nothing fancy but it’s very convenient to include this in your booking.We would definitely stay here again

    Staff did an excellent job of finding rooms for 180 people after a cruise ship delay. We were only there overnight. Accommodations were nice. (Although it almost takes an electrical to figure it the light switches) The staff did an awesome job given the huge influx of guests. Food was good and the staff were very helpful.

    Spent two nights at the end of 2 weeks in New Zealand. The hotel is in midtown close to AUT and it’s just over a 10 min walk to the wharf.We found this to be the best value compared to prices near the wharf. The restaurant and coffee shop in the lobby was standard hotel fare but the quality was good. The rooftop bar was a great spot but you had to be dressed appropriately to get in.The room was very hot in the PM (26/79) and took a while to cool down. Lots of dining and convenience stores nearby due to the college students in the area. Sky tower was also nearby. We used valet parking which was pricey but easy to use. Rooms were very big and the beds were very comfortable.

    Hotel is strategically located in the downtown area. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and the BEST fluffy extra large towers I’ve ever encounter in all my travels.Roof top bar offer a great view of the area.

    Four Points by Sheraton Auckland is located at the southern edge of the downtown. But since the downtown is not that large everything is in walking distance. The hotel has two convenient entrances. One is directly into the reception. The second entrance is to Queen St by elevator. The room was decent size, clean, modern. Very nice staff.
