    Bethlehem motor inn is a great value accomodation near all ammenities. THe staff were fantastic and were always ready to help. The motel was very well maintained and was nice and quiet. The room was spacious and clean10/10

    This is a good place to stay - although a bit dated it is a clean, well maintained property and spacious room with kitchenette, reasonably priced, and comfortable; we would stay here again.

    We enjoyed a three night stay for our sons sport’s tournament and will return as we had no issues. Other than the busy road, which we knew about and expected. This wasn’t even an issue once we figured out to turn left, up to the first side road to quickly turn around and we were off.Loved the unit we were in (15), the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained. Warm and quiet, we could hear the traffic but the unit is solid so it was a faint background noise. New Lynn is a pleasant surprise, great food and shopping options. I’d even consider staying here for other events and using the train to get into central Auckland.

    Excellent small motel that is a little dated but excellent beds and pillows, very clean and good service. Huge bathroom. Ian is very helpful and provided what we needed. Tea and coffee plus milk provided.

    Was so happy I found this motel and would not hesitate to strongly recommend it as a great place to stay. The staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. The motel was very clean and well presented. We could not have found a better place to suit our needs.
