    I recently stayed at Pullman Auckland with two of my friends and overall we had a lovely experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful.A special mention to Virat at reception — he was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Also, the concierge team member whose name starts with “A” was extremely helpful and courteous whenever we needed assistance.There were a couple of maintenance issues during our stay. The AC temperature fluctuated during the night and the room became very hot unexpectedly. The bathroom exhaust was also not working, and although the technician promptly attended and confirmed the issue, the bathroom became very foggy after showers.That said, the staff service and hospitality were excellent, and we still enjoyed our stay overall. Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable.

    I stayed at the Pullman Auckland for three weeks and really enjoyed it.The wellness facilities are excellent — big swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room, ice baths, and a well-equipped gym. The hotel also has a nice bar and restaurant.What stood out most was the service thou, I had to change rooms and the team was extremely accommodating and professional throughout. The duty managers in particular made me feel genuinely welcome during my long stay.Will definitely stay here again.Thanks

    such a lovely experience, amazing location this is my favourite place to go for a concert because the spark arena is only a 10min walk away. Rodrigo at the front desk along with everyone else was so helpful and easy to talk to made my experience quick and easy thank you!
