    We stayed at the QT Auckland for a business conference. The staff were all exceptional! The breakfast staff (especially the waitress who was working), front desk, bar staff, conference staff all went out of their way with fantastic customer service. Best staff we have encountered in NZ in a long time!

    We stayed for 6 nights in this excellent hotel. Great location, close to the city centre and ferries.Exceptional, friendly service.The restaurant was superb with delicious breakfast options and Mediterranean lunch and dinner fare. There is a roof top bar with views of the city and great atmosphere.Thank you to all for such a super visit, will be recommending ro others and hope we get to stay again.

    Great location within walking distance to the viaduct restaurants and downtown shops. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a view of the water , the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. I only had 2 little gripes , one was the fact that we had been looking forward to having dinner at the rooftop restaurant only to find it was closed on the Sunday for a private event..had we known it was going to be closed ( maybe being told on checkin) we would have gone on the Sat night . The other was I didn't make sure to tell the front desk at checkout that we hadn't used roomservice so didn't get the $10 discount. All in all tho a very nice stay,

    Thank you so very much for decorating the room for my son’s 21st! You really went above and beyond and we are very grateful. I’m sure he will be very pleased with what you did, and he really does appreciate when people do things like that. We are delighted he is staying at QT, and we look forward to visiting again tomorrow as we will be bringing family to have a drink with them at the rooftop bar.In the meantime though again, a very special thank you to you for the trouble that you went to and the effort and thought behind the surprise in the room. You are very kind and a wonderful representative of QT.My husband and I will be sure to stay there on our next overnight in Auckland city.
