    Well located hotel in West Auckland, we have stayed here several times and had different rooms, all have been clean and well serviced.     I had to ring ahead to see if I was able to check in at 1am in the morning as I was leaving home after working the pm shift. The staff who answered the phone was patient and was told that it was no problem to do so as they have someone to man the front desk 24/7. I arrived at 1am and check in was easy. Everything was straight forward and have already been told about the $100 deposit. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check out was quick and easy too. They advised me by email to say that the deposit was returned back.     Up on check in we were left standing waiting as the receptionist returned a call midst us checking in. We had to pay a $100 bond per room, PLUS leave a credit card for security .... we would also have been like to have been warned that there is transitional / emergency housing at the property , they were no problem but still nice to have a heads up ...I also emailed to request a price for an extra room was quoted $220, but when I looked online I could book myself for $208.. this is our regular hotel when we are in town , but will now be looking for a change front office, General Manager at Quality Hotel Lincoln Green, responded to this review Thank you Getaway for taking the time to review your stay.Hotel bonds are common practice in our industry and have been in place at our property for the last 10 years.
