    Great location. Close to most things. The view of the Skytower was stunning. Carpets and sofa needs a clean but overall it was a great place to stay

    Great apartments at a fantastic price, close to the sky tower. Very clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in central Auckland. Close to be able to walk around, helpful staff. I would happily stay there again.

    The hotel is in a reasonable location near the Sky Tower, however it is a bit of a trek from the Viaduct restaurant precinct, which is fine if you’re okay to put some steps in. There is a little convenience store on the corner but it’s also close to Woolworths and New World. We had an interconnecting room which was well appointed albeit a bit of a strange layout. There were two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a kitchen and smaller kitchenette, as well as laundry facilities in both rooms. The rooms have been uplifted with new furnishings, but someone didn’t quite measure properly as the bedside tables are too wide and positioned side on rather than having the storage drawers facing forwards. Nevertheless the bed was comfortable and the non-feather pillow request was seen to. It felt safe and was good for two nights.

    When we arrived the room was stifling hot and airless and the air conditioner wasn’t working. They fixed it but may as well not have bothered as the difference was hardly noticeable. There was a portable cooling unit trying unsuccessfully to make up for it. The bathroom has no fan so having a shower just added to the unbearable heat in the room. On going to bed we discovered a previous occupant’s sparkly blue g-string on the floor in the bedroom. Will not return

    Front entrance carpets shredded and nasty. The Receptionist kept going outside and away from Reception. Lots of people came to Reception - nope. She was outside on the street with some male. I got to the hotel at 9.30am to be told I had to wait till 11am. When I got into my room I immediately knew there was NO housekeeping had been in there. Receptionist made me wait in reception area. On the first floor, again shredded dirty carpets. Just nasty, very nasty. Don’t go here. I overheard a guest complain that in the week he had been there , no housekeeping, no replenishment of items/towels/milk/laundry detergent. I heard the Reception say “I’m sorry” , about 10 times. She couldn’t care less. Cheap & Nasty.
