    Very clean and tidy. Great location. Good facilities in the room. Lots of support with late check in and easy check out. Car park included. Limited channels. Bit noisy and curtains don't quite keep the light out otherwise a great stay. Thanks.

    The room cleanliness was absolutely filthy. The bedside tables were not wiped before our visit and still had coffee mug stains and grime on. The telephone, radio, remote controls, washing and dryer machines had so much grime and dust on, they might never have been wiped or cleaned. We had to wipe some things off just to be in a clean space. The extractor fan is covered in thick oil grime. The couch and some chairs are stained and look dirty and the dishwasher is scratched up. We phoned the second day for new towels, etc. But the third day, we went out and expected the room to be cleaned, although no one cleaned the room. The bins were already flowing over and in every hotel we have ever stayed, the cleaners come to your room every day but our room was not cleaned or replenished. Yet there is a notice in the room to leave your towels on the shower floor to be changed when the cleaners come. This was the dirtiest room we have ever stayed in and it was shocking. It was so dusty that we were sneezing constantly. The reception and reservations team were wonderful.The room was extremely soundproof.
