    We had our flight cancelled from Christchurch to Auckland & instead of arriving at 1pm we arrived at 9pm!Reception closed at 8pm & Ryan was so helpful after I phoned him advising late arrival. He said to call him when we arrive & we did & he came to our aid & showed us to our room & was most helpful. Thankyou Ryan.Apartment very well equipped .

    The room was small, but very clean and perfect for the one night we were there.The gentleman who checked us in was professional and friendly and gave very good advice on where to have dinner and how to get there.

    The room we stayed in was quite compact but very comfortable. No onsite breakfast facilities but plenty of cafes nearby. We lucked out with a car park out the front but would probably pay to organise a car parking spot. Price was great would probably stay again.

    We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very professional, frienfly, and helpful providing information. It was located in a nice area and close ro restaurants, shops, and walking distance to most of the popular sites. The room was clean,updated, and comfortable.
