  This is my first time staying at Sudima Auckland City. They did not disappoint! From a very early morning check-in due to an overnight flight all the way through my entire trip, they made the stay delightful. The entire staff went above and beyond with even the smallest requests. Most noteworthy Sinead always there with a service and a smile! She is so kind and makes the best coffee!   Not just a wonderful and clean hotel stay experience but the Best customer service ever. My husband has the beginning of dementia and left his phone and small luggage bag in the room. Needing to leave at 3 a.m. for international flights added to the forgetfulness. Sincere hearty thanks to the housekeeper who recovered the items and turned them over to management. Sincere appreciation to Vishal, Sinead, Tonika and anyone else involved with recovery and delivery of his items. We plan to return in January 2028 and hope to personally thank all of you involved with an appropriate reward. Your honesty and efforts mean the world to us. Thanks so very much!   Excellent hotel and staff. Great location, friendly staff. Best feature: after an exhausting 2 day flight from US, and a 9:15 am hotel arrival, the staff graciously allowed early check in. A wonderful bonus for weary travelers.   This hotel is top-notch. Great location (unless you can't walk hills -- it's a hilly city), helpful staff, good breakfasts and clean, well-appointed rooms. Need better lighting, but all hotels seem to think nobody reads anymore! Would definitely stay again.
