    Mother’s Day staycation 🥰💕 my mums first time staying

    Our first time staying, came to bring my mum to treat her for Mother’s Day. Was greeted by the lovely Receptionist lady who greeted us with a warm smile, also extending late checkout. Milan was also helpful during my stay, attentive when I mentioned there was noise coming from my toilet. Then the porter man who was so welcoming and warm, his name was Enamul. Great smiles everywhere. Then our room was amazing, good views and comfy beds. The beautiful island lady in housekeeping, was so nice towards us. Let’s talk about the service at Terrace, served by Jason and Angus, super welcoming. Been to the terrace quite a few times but this one was so special for my mum and I. So welcoming and super kind. The selection of the different food yum yum 🤤 the chia seeds dessert yummm i will have a million of those 😌💕 I’ll be back to stay 🤗

    We had the pleasure of staying at The Grand by Sky City during our trip to New Zealand. It's a newer and beautiful hotel. Our room was great and had a nice view of the city. We were able to check in a few hours early. We enjoyed the central location and the area was easy to walk around. My favorite was the lap pool where I was able to get a few laps in during our stay. I would stay here again.

    Perfect location for all the fun that Auckland city offers. Swift and easy check in/out which is so appreciated. We booked directly and got a few special promotions included in our booking-always pays to see what the hotel is doing on their website as opposed to an online agent like trivago etc.Room was spotless and well equipped. The pool/gym suite was also really great. All staff we encountered were friendly and so lovely. Will definitely be back to stay.
