    We had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Manukau and would happily return.From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming and accommodating. The check-in experience was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel valued. As a Gold member, we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, including a room upgrade and a lovely fruit platter waiting for us.The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. The King Room was especially spacious, with an excellent bed that made for a very restful stay. We also appreciated the practical amenities provided, including an iron and ironing board, fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.We had booked breakfast but unfortunately didn’t realise it was included and missed out. When we contacted the hotel afterwards, the team kindly arranged a refund, which we greatly appreciated. It reflected their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.One small point for improvement was that while the rain shower in the King Room had great water pressure and was a pleasure to use, the same style of shower in the Twin Room was noticeably slower.Overall, this is a family-friendly hotel in a convenient location, offering comfortable accommodation and exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, making our stay a memorable one. Highly recommended. šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ’Æ

    I had a wonderful stay at The Sebel, I was travelling to Auckland for business and the Deluxe room was very comfortable and the staff very attentive.I was surprised that parking was an additional fee as this was not pointed out at check in, it was only $7.50 which was fine, but should have been a bit clearer.Breakfast had a good variety, and the meals served for dinner were really delicious. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure, it is 20 mins from the airport and 20 mins from the city, so a good location for any adventure.Room was clean, well appointed and the bed comfortable.     Mr Parth was very helpful in accommodating our request. We stayed once again at this property after 2024. Great service, restaurant was good but limited veg food option.     Bed good breakfast yuck

    Bed comfortable & room clean. We had the cooked breakfast which is where it failed. All of the cooked food was pretty much cold. Yuck wouldn’t do it again. Also noticed when the tables were cleared after people had breakfast the left over cutlery was pushed to the middle of the table while it was wiped down then re-used & placed on the new napkins for the next people to use.     Due to the conflict in the Middle East we were put up in this hotel by our airline after our flight was returned to Auckland. After 16 hours in the hour and 3 on the ground trying to find out what would happen next we were tired and in need of a shower and some food. The check in was quick and efficient the room was clean and well appointed. As our room and board was being paid for by the airline the menu at dinner was small but the food was well cooked and hot. By far some of the nicest staff members I have meet they were warm and friendly and a definite positive for the hotel which in turn helped us deal with what was a very stressful time.
