    Good but disappointed

    The room itself was nice. Clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. The hotel staff were also very friendly and welcoming during my stay, which I really appreciated.However, after checking out I reached out regarding an item I am certain I left behind in the room. Unfortunately I never received any response to my follow up, which was quite disappointing. I would have expected better communication and support in this situation.Overall, a pleasant stay in terms of the room and service while I was there, but the lack of response afterward has left me feeling dissatisfied. Especially considering it was an item I needed back

    Disappointed with this place - very poor service and facilities.

    Very disappointing - checked in then checked out within 20 minutes. Hole in the ceiling the size of a dinner plate, no working air conditioning, the room was for two with cooking facilities; had a broken oven, one knife, one glass and a TV not working. Oh and 3 pillows on a double bed - how bizarre. What a shambles, it was clean but very hot. Fortunately, Expedia came to the rescue although when they rang on our behalf, the check-in staff told them he had moved us into a more suitable room. He lied - all he offered was a complimentary breakfast. Very disappointed with this place and staff who were far from friendly, welcoming or honest. Best avoid this place at all cost.     Friendly, helpful reception. Great location.Clean and comfortable room. When we arrived we were lucky to have all the carparks available to us so no issues experienced here. Tight space in the bathroom but not the end of the world. We will return.     Bed ruined our stay

    The staff are friendly and the room is nice but the bed was TERRIBLE! Hands down the worst I've ever slept in. We found the mattress was put on upside down to hide a very large stain. The mattress topper was also stained and upside down. The label on the mattress stated 2013! We flipped it over and it was soft, lumpy with big sag in the middle. The duvet had no cover just another sheet over it! The pillows were lumpy. Just awful. Full refund, but won't be back. Check your beds people!!     Do yourself a favour and have the buffet breakfast…. You will not be disappointed!!! It’ll set you up for a productive day. The room was tidy and well appointed. There was no inter-room noise and the shower was AMAZING! However, there were no pots in the kitchen, no chopping board and one blunt knife. Also, the card-activated power switch was broken so we kept loosing power.
