    Ok, the good: our room was clean, the shower hot, and we were warmly welcomed by the chatty owner. We had requested the continental breakfast which was sufficient but not exciting.The bad: tight parking is right next to the front door of your unit, so it's noisy. Worse we had people making racket at midnight, at 5AM, and a raucous shouting fight between a man and a woman around 6AM. So don't expect quiet solitude.Can't say I'll be back. But at least the room was good and the property well maintained.

    Absolutely fantastic value for money.The room was spotless..Very comfortable bed and pillows..Breakfast was lovely.. plenty of choice and more than sufficient..The couple that run this place are without doubt two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet … it was a pleasure to stay

    Stayed for one night as part of our tour around the South Island of New Zealand.Very comfortable bed and good facilities.We have tended to stay at Bella Vista Motels where possible. The room design tends to be very well thought out and customer friendly.

    Motel Was lovely and easy to find. However we found the parking very tight. We were thinking of bringing our Ute lucky we didn’t as it wouldn’t have fitted into the car park when we returned that evening. We spend a while waiting on someone to come and check us in and then when we did there was a big confusion around if we had paid or not. Which turned out we had. The lady at reception was not very helpful.Motel room itself was good. Shower was great except the door didn’t shut correctly. Bed wasn’t comfy at all (However for someone else this could be the right firm ness it just wasn’t for us). We Definitely don’t believe you get what you pay for here.     Beautiful lovely clean rooms. Everything we need is right there.Robyn and Garry lovely to deal with and nothing is a problem.The wee dog Mac is a wee sweetie and meets us evert time we go! makes us really enjoy our stay and we just love him visting us.Everyone friendly we wont stay anywhere else while we are in Dunedin.
