Location

This city hotel enjoys a beautiful lake-front location and is just a five-minute walk from town. It is located on the edge of Queenstown's charming town centre, opposite the beautiful Lake Wakatipu.

Facility

4 non-smoking rooms are available to guests. English-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a babysitting service, a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Children can enjoy the playground. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

    This was booked through booking.com. Arrival was due on a Sunday but upon landing there were no details sent on accessing the property. With no reception, the apt can only be accessed with a code. After calling the number many times and leaving several messages no response was received and another hotel was booked. The property finally called on the Monday with the explanation that they are closed on a Sunday!! Such a time wasting and frustrating experience. After checking both our direct bookings calendar and the Booking.com calendar, we found zero record of your booking, whether confirmed, requested, or cancelled.     Great stay on the lakefront!

    Loved this beautifully presented apartment with all the essentials we needed for our 8 night stay. The apartment was conveniently located and had beautiful views, being on the lakefront. Check in and out instructions were clear. Appreciated the mid-stay clean as well! We came down with illness at the end of our stay and requested to stay another night, and although they were booked, they were gracious in providing us with a late checkout which really helped us recover a bit more and we made our flight. Pricey, but that's expected given it's Queenstown and we stayed over the New Year. Many thanks guys!     We recently stayed at the Esplanade Apartments with two other families and it was perfect for what we needed. The apartments are beautifully appointed with plenty of space, including parking and storage if there are certain things you don't want to bring inside. The kitchen's are large and have everything you need to look after your family if you don't feel like going out for dinner. There is a large island bench which was great for meal prepping as we were taking our own food to the ski fields, but this area also ends up being the social hub of the apartment if you're traveling with other family and friends like we were. The bathrooms and bedrooms are also spacious and well laid out. Having a washing machine and dryer is handy if you need to get things washed and dried after a day on the slopes, or any other activities for that matter.Being across the road from the lake, the views are amazing. The location is perfect with it being a short walk into the centre of town.Absolutely nothing to complain about with this accommodation. The apartments are spacious, well appointed and have a real sense of luxury in the way they are finished.     Great location - badly maintained and very expensive so not worth money!!

    These apartments have the best outlook but wasn’t very well maintained! Lounge was broken, hairdryer wasn’t working and the stove wouldn’t work with no instructions how to use it! Sheets did not smell clean! It was very disappointing as we have stayed before in another apartment in the same group and had the best time!
