    Do yourself a favour and keep looking. Staff here have no interest in helping and will advise you to sort it for yourself. Our stay started good, nice warm room, great shower, comfortable bed. Then we decided to stay a bit longer. What a drama. Downgraded our room, for more than we originally paid, no included breakfast, wanted us to book online instead of sorting it at the reception. Second room was noisy, shower was in a bath, floors creaked, tv was small. Seriously felt like backpacker accom. Go elsewhere.

    Good location as one could walk to town. Room was not ready when I tried to check in around 3:00pm. Room was not clean. Previous occupants clothes were on the floor and dishes were not clean. Room looks old. Mildew in the bathroom and carpet is all worn out. Would look for another place next time I come to Queenstown.

    This is just an apartment, don’t expect any service from the hotel staff. You have to clean the room also by yourself. The rooms are also small and just average. The reception staff is also close to rude. So, there are plenty of other good options in the amazing Queenstown.

    Good location. Short walk to town. Situated on a hill so the return walk was a good workout. We had a lovely view of the lake from our room.Overall the room and facilities were great and clean except for the bathroom. Not sure if they missed cleaning and refilling in the bathroom. It definitely needed a very thorough clean. We had to ask staff twice (3 hours apart) to refill our toiletries which were completely empty. Maybe a little attention to detail there would be good.

    This is the most disgusting customer experience ever, if I could given zero I would. From being double booked by them and our room cancelled after our flight was grounded, we were left high and dry. This was in November 2024, several and I mean at least 25 phone calls to them after we got home over the next 6 months and many emails to try and get a refund. Finally over 6 months now we got our money back, and no thanks to the motel it was through the very professional booking platform that honoured it despite no response from this place. So many times Perry, the alleged “Manager” was supposed to call but did not, so, so rude. How can this even be accepted. No excuses for this absolute rude disrespect and failure to honour money spent. Bad, bad bad!! Do not give these people your money as you will not get it back, even if they cancel you.
