    I was recommended this by someone who stayed here 3 years ago. The pictures on line look great but everything is dated. Lots of space and a balcony but old and run down. Great location and free storage for doing the Milford Track. The laundry is only one and crowded.

    I can’t vouch for the remainder of the rooms, but room 306 - an “executive” two bedroom apartment is disgusting and they are charging a premium to stay here. Please don’t make the same mistake we did, we checked out after 90min because the smell was too much, and the fan provided was broken, the furniture was just disgusting and the bathrooms had mould throughout. They apologized but refused to refund us and then put the apartment back up on booking.com even though we had paid for two more nights

    A little dated but I thought it was good value and close to everything - the main central area of Queenstown. Balcony, separate bedroom eating area, dishwasher. There was a laundry in the complex which we did not use, coin operated. Unfortunately the lift was getting fixed the first couple of days there. worked OK later, bit rickety though. Reception desk not manned a lot and need to ring for service at times. Overall, I would stay there again as close to everything and in a lovely spot

    While the location is in town, the unit was old and rundown. - The bathrooms are full of mould, the window blinds were covered in mould. - The furniture collapsed when you sat on the lounge and dining chairs were bent. - The ceiling is thin where you hear people walking above and using showers and toilets. - There is no air conditioning where the unit we arrived to had non of the heating turned on. It took hours for the fan heaters to work. We stumbled upon the floor heating. -3.5% surcharge for cars is extreme. - There are NO smoke alarms.
